The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has uploaded the Preliminary Examination Admit Card for the Haryana Civil Services (HCS – Executive Branch) and other Allied Services 2026. Candidates who applied for the prestigious HPSC HCS recruitment can now download their hall tickets from the official portal. The preliminary examination is the first screening stage, consisting of General Studies and CSAT papers.

It is strictly advised that candidates thoroughly read all the instructions printed on the admit card. Aspirants must reach the examination venue well before the reporting time and must bring a valid photo identity card along with a black/blue ballpoint pen as specified in the guidelines.

How to Download HPSC HCS Pre Admit Card 2026

You will be taken to the HPSC Registration/Login portal.
Enter your User ID / Registration Number and Password that you created during the application process.
Click on the Login button.
Navigate to the ‘Download Admit Card’ tab on your dashboard.
Your HCS Preliminary Exam Admit Card will be generated in PDF format. Download and print it on an A4 size paper.
